[Nyasa Times] Presidential aspirant and economist Milward Tobias has hailed a plan by Nacala Logistics, a concessionaire that operates the country's railway infrastructure in Malawi, to start hauling fuel apart from the dry cargo it is already moving between Blantyre and Lilongwe.
