THE EDITOR: Once again Trinis have been put to the test and once again many have failed with regard to preparedness for an impending storm/hurricane. The less said the better.
As the old saying goes, “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks,” or more appropriately, “Who don’t hear does feel." For those of you who don’t know, the hurricane season is from June to November. All of the time.
