By Briasia Russ A former Georgia prosecutor has been charged for allegedly using the power of her position to keep the officers who were involved in Ahmaud Arbery’s murder from being charged. Brunswick Judicial Circuit District Attorney Jackie Johnson violated her oath. According to AP News, Arbery was killed in February last year after a white father and son, Greg and Travis McMichael, believed Arbery was a burglar. Travis McMichael shot Arbery at close range moments after a physical altercation with him. The McMichaels were free months after the shooting and were not charged immediately after the shooting occurred.
