John Huber and Karen Bloom filed a constitutional civil rights action in federal court on Tuesday, alleging that Rittenhouse was permitted to hurt peaceful protestors following the police shooting of Jacob Blake. While his children sat in the backseat of his vehicle, Blake, a Black man, was shot multiple times in the back following a traffic stop.
