FREDERIKSTED — A St. Croix woman was arrested for allegedly uploading a fake COVID-19 test result to the USVI Travel Portal, authorities said. Tammy T. Stevens, 35, of Strand Street, Christiansted, was arrestedaccording to an affidavit filed by Wanson Harris, director of environmental health for the Virgin Islands Health Department.
