James D. White was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jamba Juice. In this role, White implemented a three year, disciplined strategic plan, dubbed the BLEND Plan, when he took over the helm of Jamba Juice, a leading healthy, active lifestyle brand.

White led the turnaround and transformation of Jamba Inc. by growing it to 750+ stores, $400 million system-wide sales and 100 million guests. White’s executive management and strategic planning skills brought about a successful turnaround. The plan included transitioning company stores to franchise-owned, developing more disciplined cost controls, and building a leadership team of seasoned professionals to drive functional excellence across the enterprise.

White volunteers his time and expertise to many non-profit organizations including the National Junior Tennis League, the Matthews Dickey’s Boys & Girls Club and The United Way.
