Au Sénégal, le Conseil constitutionnel invalide le report de la présidentielle - Haiti24

Le Conseil constitutionnel, dans un compte-rendu publié jeudi, a jugé que le texte de loi adopté par le Parlement pour reporter l'élection présidentielle au Sénégal viole la Constitution et doit être annulé. Le report du scrutin prévu le 25 février au 15 décembre, par l'Assemblée nationale, a provoqué une onde de choc dans le pays et de violentes manifestations.
