[New Times] Rwanda's minister of defence, Juvenal Marizamunda, has urged Eastern Africa Standby Force (EASF) chiefs of defence staff to scale up regional response mechanisms, adapt them to the challenges at hand, and "use all means at our disposal in order to realise peace and security in our region and the continent."
