[Independent (Kampala)] Nebbi, Uganda -- The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry, and Fisheries (MAAIF) plans to introduce rearing of the black soldier fly to Nebbi farmers under the Uganda Climate Smart Agricultural Transformation Project (UCSATP).
