Vibes, a rolling paper brand created by rapper and entrepreneur Berner, recently teamed up with the Last Prisoner Project to launch Release Papers, an effort to raise awareness of individuals imprisoned for marijuana-related convictions and to engage the public in advocating for prisoners.
