Analysis - Elvis Elasu, alias Levy, is a visual artist and a popping dancer. Prior to the global pandemic, Elasu, who is also the proprietor of the Jinja-based dance crew 'Street Dance Force', had scheduled a couple of performances to showcase his dance piece on teenage marriages dubbed Sukaali.
