[Tunis Afrique Presse] Tunis/Tunisia -- A partnership agreement to give professional agricultural organisations and potato producers in the highlands access to loans and facilitate the pre-financing of seed, has just been signed between the Agency for the Promotion of Agricultural Investment (APIA), the Technical Center of the potato and artichoke (CTPTA), the Association of Microcredit (AMC) Foussana and Giz Tunisia's project "Innovations for Agriculture and Agri-Food" (IAAA).
