[Dabanga] The World Health Organisation (WHO) has warned that the crisis in Sudan has become one of the most severe and largest crises in the world, at a huge human cost, after a year of violent conflict. The UN organisation reported the death of more than 15,000 people since the start of the armed conflict in Sudan a year ago, according to statistics from the Sudanese Ministry of Health and the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED).
