[East African] In July this year, South Sudan marked its tenth Independence anniversary. It is the world's youngest nation, but faces some of the biggest challenges imaginable. There is the war and conflict that were supposed to have ended with its independence but have, over the years, persisted in one form or other with varying lethality.
