[Shabelle] Mogadishu, Somalia -- Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Tuesday extended his congratulations to Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi 'Irro' and his deputy, Mohamed Aw-Ali Abdi, following their election as President and Vice President of the Somaliland administration in northern Somalia.
