The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has pronounced that a proposed Rupununi ecolodge in Lethem is exempt from conducting an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
According to a notice published in the state-owned newspaper yesterday, the EPA reviewed the application for the permit and has determined that the project, located at 51-53 Commercial Area, Lethem, Region Nine, will have no significant impact on the environment.
