Dear Editor,
The author of the missive titled ‘None of development promised by gov’t officials includes basic services and amenities’ (SN May 7), was expressly, absolutely and clearly direct in pointing out the absorption with mega projects in the name of development to the detriment of the seemingly small and ordinary works, which should also be in the name of development.
