[Vanguard] The ongoing shortage of Petroleum Motor Spirit, PMS, worsened in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Enugu and other major cities across the country, yesterday, with motorists spending hours on queues at filling stations, while black market operators have taken over major spots.
