Former Saint Lucia Prime Minister, Stephenson King who participated in the July 26 general elections as an Independent candidate retaining Castries North and Richard Frederick, another independent candidate who successfully challenged the incumbent, Sarah Flood-Beaubrun, in Castries Central, have been included in a historic new Saint Lucia cabinet that was sworn in Thursday.
