This was the case of Judge Kristine Eidsvik, who made such remarks in front of an entire class of future lawyers.
During an all-day guest lecture on Thursday at the University Of Calgary Faculty Of Law, second year law students were shocked when they heard her remarks.
The students did not take her offensive remarks lightly and immediately reported her to the Dean.
The Dean made the judge return to the school to apologize to the students the very next day.
