[Addis Standard] Addis Abeba -- The Ministry of foreign affairs issued a statement last night in response to the report by Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International that documented abuses against Tigrayans since November 2020 that amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity in the West Tigray zone. The report implicated Ethiopian National Defense Forces, Amhara Special Forces, and local militias as well as the newly appointed administration of the West Tigray zone.
