From October 1st, 2021, fully vaccinated students in forms four, five and six in Trinidad and Tobago will have the option to attend face-to-face classes at schools once there is no significant change in the number of COVID-19 positive cases, Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has announced. Rowley made the announcement on Saturday during a media conference. According to a release on the Prime Minister's official website, the academic year will begin on Monday 6th September, 2021, with all students returning to classes virtually.
