Phyllis Anderson

In this role, Anderson is responsible for the company’s marketing and corporate communications functions, including brand development, creative services, division marketing, events and public relations.

Anderson drives awareness and utilization of the company’s pharmacy benefit solutions and stewards the Express Scripts brand. With an extensive, multi-industry background, Phyllis brings a strong consumer and business marketing perspective to Express Scripts.

Anderson was most recently at insurer Humana as Vice President of Marketing, managing integrated marketing and communications, including market research and digital strategy to support business growth.

Anderson currently serves on the Boards of the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis; and the Center of Creative Arts (COCA), St. Louis’ largest multidisciplinary arts institution.

Anderson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Spelman College and an MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University’s Graduate School of Business.
