Mark Mason is Chief Financial Officer of the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) for Citigroup. Mason served as CEO of Citi Private Bank until he was promoted into his current position. Prior to that, he served as the chief executive officer of Citi Holdings and as chief financial officer and head of strategy and M&A for Citi’s Global Wealth Management Division.

Mason joined Citigroup in 2001 as vice president of corporate development, where he worked with multiple Citi business units to enhance cross-selling activities. He was instrumental in the formation of Citi Alternative Investments and the development of its client-focused strategy.
