[Ghanaian Times] Rural and Community Banks (RCBs) and Microfinance Institutions must flag and report transactions that are unusual and suspicious to the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC), the Head of Financial Stability Department of BoG, Dr Joseph France, has said.
