[ANGOP] Luanda -- A 53-year-old Chinese citizen was arrested on Tuesday by the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) in the Patrice Lumumba district of Ingombota, Luanda, accused of forging work visas and the illegal transfer of valuables.money to outside of the country.
