(The Center Square) – During a Nov. 20 floor speech, U.S. Representative Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania criticizes Norfolk Southern for their decisions, which he attributes to prioritization of profits over safety, when a train carrying toxic chemicals derailed near the Ohio-Pennsylvania border in February 2023.
