[Nile Post] The National Treasurer of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), Ambassador Barbara Nekesa Oundo, has advised residents of Busoga to shift from sugarcane farming to commercial agriculture, warning that the over-reliance on sugarcane has contributed to food shortages in many households.
