[Nile Post] Legislators on the parliamentary Committee on Commissions, Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (Cosase) are concerned that the President's decision of awarding all construction contracts in the Education and Health institutions to National Enterprise Corporation may leave the private sector closed.
