[Monitor] National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi, alias Bobi Wine, has vowed to conduct physical campaigns in the banned districts in total defiance of a directive by the Electoral Commission (EC) suspending campaigns in some parts of the country.
