SANTA CRUZ, St Elizabeth - The contrast was stark as People's National Party (PNP) delegates gathered in friendly but rival camps close to the entrance of the voting centre at St Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) on Saturday.At close to midday, many had already voted for either Mark Golding or Lisa Hanna to replace Dr Peter Phillips as president of the People's National Party (PNP).
