[Tunis Afrique Presse] Tunis/Tunisia -- A donation agreement for the financing of the fisheries surveillance vessels construction project, amounting to 1 billion 209 million yen (equivalent to 31 million dinars), was signed on Tuesday between the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Hydraulic Resources and Fisheries.
