THE Tobago Writers Guild (TWG) and TWG Publishing House in collaboration with Caribbean Social Media HQ will be hosting a workshop on Saturday – Social Media Day – to teach Caribbean authors how to market their books.
The event will be held at the Anne Mitchell Auditorium, Scarborough Library, from 6pm-8pm.
Social Media Day was first designated in 2010 as a way of recognising and celebrating the impact that social media has had on communications and the digital revolution and the expansive opportunities that the globe experiences because of it.
The workshop, which is free, will also be available via Zoom.
The collaboration seeks to equip writers as well as published authors, with a mix of marketing tools that will see their careers as full-time authors become even more successful as well as an increase in their books sales, if put to good use.
