The Dallas-based Theta Alpha Foundation (TAF) has partnered with the Texas Bar Foundation to deliver much needed COVID-19 awareness education, ex-offender reentry preparedness, and social justice education for area youth.
“Theta Alpha Foundation and the Texas Bar Foundation have developed a multi-faceted program to address critical issues facing our community,” according to TAF Media Relations liaison, Billy Ratcliff.
“The program will provide access to resources to educate participants about rights under the law, social justice issues facing youth and young ex-offenders and will provide web links to employment opportunities, job training sites, healthcare and other resources.”
The resources we have assembled, including access to community leaders and members of the law enforcement, legal and judicial professions will offer real-world, positive and life-affirming training to program participants.
