[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala, Uganda -- The African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS), with logistical support from the United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS), has completed phase two drawdown, which involved reducing the troop count by 3000 soldiers.
