Housing Minister Richard Frederick, quoting the late former Jamaica Prime Minister Edward as asserting that proper housing improves the standard of living of people and may remove criminality from a lot of areas where those individuals reside, has promised to tackle the issue of inadequate housing in his Castries Central constituency.
