California's Black community expressed their condolences and tributes to U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, who paved the way for women to serve their communities in California and nationally, and was instrumental in helping the Black American Political Association of California (BAPAC) grow and become a force to be reckoned with in California politics.
