The details surrounding the relocation of White Hill, St Andrew residents, plagued for years by land slippage and uncertain road access, remain a mystery for some of them. They say, they are still to be told how the process will unfold. On Friday when a Barbados TODAY team visited the area, residents said that the information they had so far received was by word-of-mouth and they were yet to see any documentation providing a list of names or explaining details of the process for relocation. One resident, who only gave his name as Jordan, said he was somewhat confused.“I remember that people came and asked for information, such as how many people were living in the house but they didn’t tell you anything. So I don’t know what is going to be done and all I can do is wait. They didn’t show us anything, nobody brought a list, all they doing is talking,” he said.Jordan said he had “no problem” with the move as long as he was relocated “someplace decent”.
