Ahead of Sunday's Odunde Festival in South Philly, the city announced several road closures and parking restrictions. From 6:00 a.m. until 11 p.m., 15 blocks will be closed. There will also be no parking zones during that time period. SEPTA bus Routes 7, 12, 17 and 40 will be detoured from 5:00 a.m. on Sunday through approximately midnight.
