[Daily Trust] The National President of Nigerian Union of Teachers, Comrade Audu Titus Amba has said with the granting of full autonomy to local government councils in the country, his members want the salaries of primary school teachers to be deducted at first line charge in order to ensure regular payment of the salaries.
