[Vanguard] Aloy Ejimakor, Special Counsel to detained leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, , yesterday, said the federal government cannot prosecute the leader of IPOB until it convinces the Nigerian courts and Britain that he was legally extradited to Nigeria.
