TECU Credit Union Co-operative Society and Guardian General Insurance, have partnered to launch TECU Insurance Solutions Ltd (TISL).
The new insurance agency, licenced by the Central Bank, opened its head office on Southern Main Road, Marabella, on June 15.
TISL’s second branch is located in San Juan, and the agency is also represented at all TECU Credit Union branches.
In a release, TISL said the new partnership is set to redefine the insurance/credit union landscape, bringing unparalleled strength, expertise and benefits to clients, policyholders and members.
"Our partnership with Guardian General Insurance Ltd and TECU Insurance Solutions underscores our unwavering commitment to excellence and ensures that our clients receive unparalleled service and support," said Kenneth Allum, TISL chairman.
TECU Insurance Services was previously embodied within TECU Credit Union to offer complementary services to its members.
The transition to TISL was completed after compliance with the new Insurance Act 2018 (2020 as amended).
"As a longstanding partner with Guardian General Insurance and fully owned subsidiary of TECU Credit Union, TISL combines the strengths of these financial service giants to power clients and members’ needs, dreams and peace of mind," he added.
TISL offers a range of individual and commercial insurance products and premium financing.
"Clients will have access to a broad spectrum of general insurance products, from personal to commercial lines, ensuring that all their coverage needs are met under one roof," the release said.
