City Subdivisions Are Now More Attractive for New Home Construction
Additional Incentives Are Available for Josey Heights and Walnut Circle
The City of Milwaukee is launching significant new incentives for people considering building new homes in in the Josey Heights and Walnut Circle subdivisions.
“And with these new incentives, building a home is even more attractive at both Josey Heights and Walnut Circle.”
The City has partnered with Emem Group to offer new home design options at these two subdivisions.
The Walnut Circle subdivision is located at North 20th and West Walnut Streets where a number of lots are ready for development.
