[New Era] Former CEO of Fishcor Mike Nghipunya last week told the Windhoek High Court that the company's then board chairperson and co-accused James Hatuikulipi was the one who gave orders for the transfer of funds to the De Klerk, Horn and Coetzee law firm as well as Sisa Namandje Inc.
