A Moruga man was shot dead in front of a parlour close to his home on Monday night.
Carlos Joseph Harris, 23, of Fifth Company Branch Road, died at the Princes Town District Health Facility.
A police report said Harris was liming in front of the parlour, three houses from his home, at around 8.40 pm when a black car pulled up, and a gunman got out.
He shot at Harris, hitting him several times, then returned to the car, which drove off.
Harris’s mother and another person took him to hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
Southern Division and Homicide Bureau Region III police visited the scene.
No one has been arrested, and investigations are ongoing.
