Durban - Despite an increase in Covid-19 cases, Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize said on Wednesday that South Africa has not hit its third wave of the coronavirus pandemic."We are at risk and we hence need to be on heightened vigilance as a country," Mkhize said.
