Police personnel from the Northern Division Criminal Investigations Department have charged 21 year-old Keon Curwen Downe of Rose Hill, St. Peter with the murder of Grenville Cumberbatch (Ex Police Constable). This murder occurred on the 16, June 2021. He is expected to appear in the Holetown Magistrate's Court today.
