Contestants in the 2022 Scotiabank Junior Monarch Competition are making final preparations to compete in the event which has returned after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.With just five days to go before their big day on Saturday, the mostly confident – though somewhat nervous – contestants drew for their positions in the two categories of social commentary and soca.In the Calypso category, Yahandje Daniel will be first on stage, followed by Kari-Anne Holford-Sam, Ethan Edey, Alyssa Harris, Rimiya Wilson, Kenaz Walker, Danesha Davis, Kadarius Allen, and Dondria Forde.
