In their letter of 23rd December 2020, two lawyers (Messrs Reichler and Sands) representing Guyana before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) solemnly assured the Guyanese people that the decision of the International Court of Justice (18th December 2020) was “entirely favourable” to Guyana.
