[Ghanaian Times] The Head of the Local Government Service, Dr Nana Ato Arthur, has called for the streamlining of building permit processes at the Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) to reduce bureaucratic hurdles faced by applicants and also save time and resources.
